MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Humane Society helped out a cat in distress after it suffered from multiple medical issues.
In a Facebook post, the DCHS said the cat, named Lady in a Fur Coat, suffered from chronic infection and hematomas. Because of the issues, Lady’s ear flaps had to be removed. In order to help Lady look stylish, a DCHS staff member crocheted a bonnet in the shape of cat ears.
Lady had been at the shelter since December and was recently adopted.
